Actor/Writer/Producer/Health Coach
I grew up on a pretty little country road in Whitefield, Maine called Hollywood Blvd (coincidence--I think not!). As a child, I loved singing and dancing and all things creative and when I was five, decided to change my name to Rainbow Heart Star Unicorn. I first fell in love with the stage as a dancer but quickly realized that it was really the costumes and spotlight I couldn't live without.
I traded organic food and fresh air for city life at the George Washington University, where I studied literature and studio art (painting). After graduation, I moved to New York and immediately fell in love with the city and its energy. I decided to hone my skills at the Atlantic Theater’s fantastic 2.5 year Conservatory Program and then completed UCB's improv program.
I have done films, TV, commercials and tons of improv. A couple of my favorite projects were Hits, David Cross' first feature film which can be found on Netflix, and Paper Dreams, a feature film I co-wrote, produced and starred in.
Additionally, I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a certified Health Coach. I work privately with clients and also teach Nutrition for Actors at the Maggie Flanigan Studio. For more info check out CreativlyNourishing.com.
